Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flight Bookings

  • Refunds are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policies.
  • If a booking is cancelled:
    • Airline refund (if applicable) will be processed as per airline rules.
    • TripVibe service fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be initiated once we receive confirmation from the airline.
  • Processing time: 7–14 working days (varies by airline and payment provider).

2. Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation policies depend on the hotel’s terms.
  • Refund eligibility:
    • Fully refundable if cancelled within the hotel’s free cancellation period.
    • Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after hotel confirmation.

3. Bus Bookings

  • Bus cancellations and refunds depend on the respective operator’s policy
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Transfers & Tours

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before service date: Full refund (except service fee).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund.
  • In case of service unavailability or operator cancellation, full refund will be provided.

5. Visa Services

  • For select countries (e.g., Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia), TripVibe provides a 100% visa fee refund if the visa is rejected.
  • For other countries:
    • Embassy/Consulate Fee is non-refundable once application is submitted.
    • TripVibe Service Fee may be refundable if application is not yet submitted.
  • Cancellations before submission: Full refund (minus minimal admin charges).
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 working days.

6. General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refund timelines depend on the airline, hotel, operator, or embassy rules.
  • Service charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
  • TripVibe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

7. Special Conditions

  • No refund for rejections due to fake/incomplete documents in visa applications.
  • No refund for no-shows (if customer does not avail booked service).
  • In case of disputes, TripVibe’s decision will be final as per supplier/partner policies.
